Terms and Conditions

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of DS Group on the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Buy Ksheer Ghee and get an assured cashback of Rs 40 on first purchase and Rs 60 on second purchase respectively.
  2. The promotion is valid for 3 months from the date of going live.
  3. The offer is applicable and valid only two times per user, per household, per mobile number.
  4. Entry to the offer is void in states where prohibited or not allowed.
  5. Ksheer Ghee (DS Group) products purchased under this offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
  6. Details once entered at the time of registration cannot be amended or changed.
  7. Cashback once processed will not be reprocessed in case of failure for any reason.
  8. The cashback code is personal and non-transferable.
  9. The offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age, excluding employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of DS Group and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
  10. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be used with any other offer.
  11. Any misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the offer will lead to disqualification and possible legal action.
  12. In case of force majeure events, neither party shall be liable for losses arising from acts of God or government restrictions.
  13. By participating, participants agree to hold harmless both DS Group and Kikoy Promotions LLP from any liability.
  14. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
  15. The offer cannot be redeemed after expiry. No duplicate codes will be issued.
  16. Participants registered under DND or who opt out of messages may not receive communication, and no liability shall arise.
